Toronto, December 23, 2014 – Andre Santos, a carpenter who works in the greater Toronto area building homes, hopes that his business will benefit from the increasing housing market in Toronto.

A young man reflects after participating in a successful occupation which took possession of an abandoned building in downtown Sao Paulo, Brazil. The non-profit organization, MMPT, translated from Portuguese as the Housing Movement for All, uses the city bylaws to take control of abandoned buildings, restores them and provides affordable community housing for those without a place to live.

In a world more connect than ever seems that physical connections is getting thinner and thinner. This project try to translate this felling of solitude that is imposing over us. A generation that is grabbing in what ever they can to fulfill the meaning of being alive and questioning the status quo not by a armed revolution but by the lonely virtual world.
